It has been rumoured that Bollywood’s legendry actress, Rekha, is in the midst of writing her very own autobiography.

Rumours suggest that the lady who has been labelled a sex symbol ever since her common portrayal of courtesans in her movies in the 70’s and 80’s, has been putting all her deepest secrets and thoughts onto paper to release as a book for all her fans to read.

Some media personalities such as CNN-IBN’s Showbiz Editior, Rajeev Masand, argue that Rekha has always avoided interviews to not have to share any intimate details of her private life with her fans and therefore she will not be doing this now through her autobiography. Masand spoke to the BBC Asian Network’s Raj & Pablo to whom he suggested that the whole idea of Rekha’s autobiography seems extremely unlikely. However it is reported that Rekha spoke to an unconfirmed source to whom she said: “What I am doing cannot be expressed in such few words. I want to express my gratitude with visuals as well as with words. Though I feel no words are enough to describe the people who have influenced and shaped my life, yet I will take a shot at it.” .
