Shilpa Shetty announced on popular UK chat show Richard & Judy earlier this year that she was planning on getting married this Winter, and ever since television channels, newspapers and magazines have been busy getting all the latest scoops on Miss Shetty’s wedding plans, however, last week the Bollywood actresses parent’s tried to get their passports from the court who refused to give Shilpa’s father’s passport back.

Shilpa was questioned in the media if the passport was required for her parents to come to England to attend her wedding this winter and in reply Miss Shetty told reporters that her parents had applied for to get their passports so they could attend future son-inlaw, Raj Kundra’s birthday party in October which is being held in the Maldives.

It is unconfirmed as of yet when exactly Shilpa has set her wedding for, but we can confirm that Shilpa’s parents have both got their passports now with request for them to be returned to court early in 2010 so let’s hope there are no more hiccups for Shilpa’s dream wedding to businessman Raj Kundra and all goes smoothly from now on!
