It has got to be the most shocking, wild, thrilling, crazy and exciting night that is on everyone's mouth... its got to be last night's MTV VMAs that made musical history. There was glory, backlash, war of words, crazy acts, plenty of shock value and bizarre outbursts that made this award show... a night to remember. Let's go through the crazy turn of events and the wild happenings to a closer look. Yep, this show was really different and different it was in many ways, which made it a crazy and thrilling ride for the viewers. Firstly, the night saw a whole lot of spectacular performances from all the hot and happening line-up of artists and later a lot of shock here and there came its way, which made this award night, a must watch. 

The night kick started with the queen of shock herself, Madonna, paying a humble tribute to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, as she poured her heart out with a speech honouring the King. Later, the King of Pop's own sister, the stunning, Janet Jackson gave a thrilling and heart-felt tribute to her late brother. The highlight of the performance was her dance off with the late Jachson and singing away to his memorable tunes.

All was fine until the explosive and unexpected, Lady Gaga came and bleed her way all over the stage. Yes, there was gore and lots of blood throughout her Paparazzi performance as she was seen dying on stage. Ya sure, you can only expect the unexpected from this crazy lady, but that was jus weird, even for Ms. Gaga there, eewwwwhhh!!! Well, I for once was not going gaga over her but I gotta hand it to her for doing something outrageously different once again. But that's not from Gaga, she didn't just shock us on stage but she managed to even shock us more off-stage with her strange and bizarre dressing sense. She wore the most strangest outfits, as she wore this red mask covering her entire face as she came to receive her award on stage and later wearing this random white nest of feathers around her face. I feel real bad for Beyonce, as she had to sit close to this odd ball throughout the show.

The most shocking moment of the entire night was when Taylor Swift won an award for the best female video award, no that was not the shocking part that she actually won an award, but it was shocking that she beat the hot and sexy long legs, Ms. Beyonce. But the more shocking part came later on, when the rapper-singer, Kanye West randomly jumped on stage and took the mic away from Ms. Swift while she was giving her thank you speech. Like everyone know, he went on stage and made a rude and unalarmed outburst that Beyonce deserved the award over Ms. Swift, which left everyone shocked. The poor little girl was left all teary eyes and got the shock of her life as she stood stunned on stage, while Beyonce's mouth was left wide open. Well, to Kanye's defence, even I can't help digest the fact that Taylor-who, won over the hot and sultry babe, Beyonce for her bootylicious moves of her hit-number, Single Women, which seems ludicrous, but that's all part of the game. Reportedly, Kayne West was seen with a beer bottle as he walked on to the red carpet, so that kind of explains his strange act on stage but dude relax, Beyonce did win the video of the year in the closing of the show. But, as classy and divine as Beyonce is, she later called Taylor Swift come back on stage and let her have her moment of joy. Wow, gotta love Beyonce for her classy and honest act there. She is the best in the business.

Speaking about the gorgeous Beyonce, her performance was a stunner and beyond electrifying, as she moved and shaked her goods on the tune of her hit-single. She left everyone dancing away and heads rolling, as she twisted her sexy long legs throughout the performance and set the stage on fire. Another performance which left everyone amazed was the rocker chick, Pink's high and power-lifting performance to her new song, Sober. Pink's performance was truely remarkable and amazing as she started off singing blind-folded as she climbed on a harnett cable wire, which lifted her sky high. After removing her blind-fold, she began singing on top of the stage fearlessly as she spinned and rolled around keeping a perfect pitch with ease. That's Pink for ua... known for her fearless and kick-ass ways all da way. Also, she had arrived to the red carpet in full swing by riding on a real firetruck and gracing away in a hot tiny silver dress, which the hip shaking, Shakira was also seen wearing the same exact outift. Ouch!!!... now how on earth did that happen? Who knows!! But Pink rocked the outfit... hands down!!!

After Pink's lifting performace, came a forceful and pumping tribute to New York City (which btw the show was being held at), saw the return of the biggest hip-hop rapper of all-time back on stage again, Jay-Z, who came and showed how hip-hop is really done. The talented and beautiful, Alicia Keys sang along side him as she played magic through her fingers on to the piano. However, to a random surprise, the lesser known rapper, Lil' Mama felt the tune of NYC so bad that she happened to join the two on stage by making an awkward moment on stage.

The show came to a close as the trailer of Michael Jackson's movie of his last stage footage called, This is it, was unveiled to the audience and the show ended on a sweet note with all the drama that took place.
