Lisa Ray diagnosed with Myeloma

The gorgeous and talented actress from Canada, who had made a strong debut in Bollywood in the thriller, Kasoor and the actress of the 2005 Oscar nominated movie, Water, has recently been diagnosed with a rare kind of cancer of the bone marrow called Myeloma.

She revealed in her blog that she started to see the symptoms as she began to feel very fatigue and exhausted while working, as she has been traveling a lot from Canada to India for work purposes. She further stated that she was diagnosed with the disease on June 23 and started her treatment on July 2.

Lisa is being strong about this and is ready to fight the disease with high hopes. We pray and hope she recovers quickly from this ordeal very soon.
