Priyanka Chopra collapses at event
Looks like ex-Miss World, Priyanka Chopra, has bitten off a bit more than she can chew which has led to her collapsing at a recent promotional press meeting for ‘Kaminey’.
After appearing on stage to talk about the film, the actress walked backstage where she collapsed without any provocation. It was rumoured that the actress was already taking a course of medication to help her face the event without seeming overly exhausted or ill.
It was discovered through Chopra’s twitter page that the award-winning actress also had to cancel her shoot for Yash Raj Film’s ‘Pyaar Impossible’ co-starring Uday Chopra and media speculation suggests that there is some sort of connection between the cancellation and her collapsing. On the 3th of August, she wrote, “Hey ma tweeps..Down with the flu or viral or some such thing that is making me miserable.Ugh! I hate being sick! Had to cancel shoot. Guilty”.
Priyanka Chopra was noted to have been the actress with the most amount of releases in 2008 and with three of this year’s biggest releases under her belt (‘Kaminey’, ‘What’s Your Rashee?’ And ‘Pyaar Impossible’), it seems as though the beauty queen has been playing all her cards to become the biggest actress in the Indian Film Industry.
